This was a well written book. The information accurate and easy to understand. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in changing their lifestyle.
Truly a breath of fresh air in the self-help/guidance book realm. I find this book to be an easy read- straight-forward with truly practical tips. Educational but not condescending. The tone is lighthearted and empowering; the recipes and pictures are luscious. I highly recommend this book!
Health & Bloom is a great book! Living a healthy lifestyle is always a challenge, but this book explains clear changes and steps that someone can make in order to achieve this goal. It includes practical information, but also addresses the psychological roadblocks to initiating and maintaining change. I highly recommend it!
This is a down to earth look at how to improve your life with some sound ideas about how to approach life. The section on "mindfulness" connected with me. I often forget to enjoy the moment, something I want to work on during my retirement years. The author even provides some of her own healthy recipes. I highly recommend the Asian Sesame Ginger Salad! This book is well written, and it gets you thinking about how to be happier and healthier. I recommend it!

Excellent book! The author provides an overview of lifestyle changes to improve overall health, both physical and mental. She references lifestyle changes that will not only lead to improved physical health but ultimately lead to an increased level of positive well-being. She provides practical strategies of ways to achieve these goals, encouraging readers to tailor each to their specific needs. She also emphasizes that change is a process and takes time and patience. A great read to stimulate individuals to make positive lifestyle changes to improve health.
I definitely recommend this book to everyone, both men and women. In life, we all want to experience peace and happiness and avoid suffering. The author does a brilliant job at describing the various aspects of a healthy and happy life, breaking down each one into action-oriented steps you can take to "bloom" in every area. There is a lot of books I've read that talk about this stuff, but make it very complicated. The author does an excellent job of simplifying often over-explained concepts into easy-to-understand ideas everyone can understand and apply to their own life, cultivating a happier and healthier mind and body. A++
